Every WhenSow purchase — the main product and any checkout add-ons — is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If the product isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 60 days and we'll refund the full purchase price. No forms, no interrogation.

How to ask

Email support@whensow.me from the email you used at checkout, or use the refund link in your Digistore24 receipt. Refunds are processed by Digistore24 back to your original payment method.

What happens after a refund

Your paid access is deactivated when a refund or chargeback is processed (Digistore24 notifies us automatically). Your account and any free features remain available, and you're welcome to buy again later.

Chargebacks

If something's wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always fix it faster than a bank dispute. A chargeback also deactivates paid access automatically.
